Refund Policy

At Urban Tick, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please read our refund and return policy carefully.

1. Return Eligibility

Products are eligible for return or exchange only if:

  • The product received is damaged, defective, or incorrect

  • The return request is raised within 48 hours of delivery

  • The product is unused, uninstalled, and in its original packaging with all tags, accessories, and invoice intact

Products showing signs of usage, installation, physical damage, or tampering will not be eligible for return or refund.


2. Non-Returnable Items

The following products are not eligible for return/refund:

  • Installed or used products

  • Customized or special-order items

  • Clearance or sale items

  • Products damaged due to improper handling after delivery


3. Return Request Process

To request a return or exchange, kindly contact us through our official support channels with:

  • Order ID

  • Images/videos of the product

  • Description of the issue

Our team will review the request and respond within 2–4 working days.


4. Refund Process

Once the returned product is received and inspected, the refund (if approved) will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.

In case of Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be processed via bank transfer or UPI.


5. Cancellation Policy

Orders can only be cancelled before dispatch.

Once the order has been shipped, cancellation requests will not be accepted.


6. Damaged or Incorrect Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery along with proper unboxing video/photos for verification.

Without proper proof, Urban Tick reserves the right to reject the claim.


7. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges, COD fees, or handling charges (if applicable) are non-refundable unless the error occurred from our side.
